Who Are We?
Located in Gastonia, North Carolina, The Sumner Group is the only full service agency in Gastonia. We offer logo design, television ads, magazine ads, graphic design, and products to help you advertise your business. Jacque Sumner, President of The Sumner Group, is a Gaston County native, 1982 graduate of Gardner-Webb University, and a 1987 graduate of Appalachian State University, with a master's degree in student development. Before joining The Sumner Group, Jacque was Associate Dean of Enrollment Management at Gaston College. Her background includes recruitment, tracking and the development of strategic marketing plans. Jacque serves on the Boards of Directors of a number of community organizations, including the YMCA, Red Cross and the Gaston County Cancer Society. She also was elected to the Cramerton Board of Commissioners and is involved in the United Way and the Rotary Club. She has extensive training and experience in direct mail marketing and her student recruitment marketing efforts have won 27 awards.
